Hello! I’m Claire Tadych, and I’m passionate about helping nonprofits achieve their missions through strategic grant writing and fundraising. With more than 15 years of experience, I’ve helped health and human service organizations raise $25.7 million in funding. I’m also proud to be a Grant Professional Certified (GPC) consultant—one of just 675 GPCs nationwide—a distinction that reflects both expertise and ethical excellence in the field.

I began my career as an editorial intern at Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air Magazine, where interviewing subject-matter experts across the country and rigorously fact-checking every detail grounded me in journalistic best practices. That foundation continues to shape my work today. I partner closely with nonprofit leaders to develop clear, compelling grant narratives, built from the ground up on accuracy, insight, and trust.

My approach combines genuine care with professional rigor and a deep belief in the transformative power of well-crafted proposals. I bring a logical, organized process to every grant proposal and donor communication, ensuring each one is strategic, persuasive, and aligned with real-world outcomes.
