Founder & Principal Grant Specialist Claire Tadych is passionate about helping nonprofits achieve their missions through strategic grant writing and fundraising. With more than 15 years of experience, Claire has helped health and human service organizations secure $26 million in funding. She is also a Grant Professional Certified (GPC) consultant—one of just 675 GPCs nationwide—a distinction that reflects her commitment to professional expertise, ethics, and excellence in the field.
Claire began her career as an editorial intern at Alaska Airlines/Horizon Air Magazine, where she interviewed subject-matter experts across the country and rigorously fact-checked every detail. That early experience grounded her in journalistic best practices and continues to shape her approach to grant writing today. She partners closely with nonprofit leaders to develop clear, compelling grant narratives built on accuracy, insight, and trust.

Noah Wine
Noah Wine is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Consulting with Wine, bringing more than 15 years of experience in finance, administration, and operational leadership to nonprofit organizations. His career includes serving in CFO and Finance Director roles, where he has helped organizations strengthen financial systems, manage complex funding, and build the infrastructure needed to support sustainable growth.
With hands-on experience managing federal, state, local, and foundation grant finances, Noah brings a practical understanding of what happens after a grant is awarded—and what needs to happen before an organization can confidently pursue the next opportunity. His expertise includes budgeting and forecasting, restricted funds, cost allocation, reimbursement and drawdown processes, financial reporting, compliance, and audit readiness.
Throughout his career, Noah has led financial operations and strengthened the policies, controls, and systems that help growing organizations operate effectively and responsibly. He has provided financial leadership for organizations managing budgets totaling more than $15 million, helping nonprofit leaders make informed decisions while maintaining strong stewardship of their resources.
Noah’s approach is grounded in clarity, collaboration, and practical problem-solving. He works alongside nonprofit leaders to translate financial requirements into manageable processes, identify potential risks before they become problems, and ensure that grant-funded activities are supported by sound financial practices.
